Since I was a child, I was really a shy type of person. Since I was in grade school, I experienced different activities like reciting a poem in front of the class, singing in a school fair, dancing, and other activities which often result to anxiety due to my lack of confidence. I have lots of unwanted behavior inside myself. Oftentimes I can not decide by my own and I need others decision. And sometimes I feel that I am so weak and coward in doing just a small decision. I do not think it is normal because wherever you are, whether you are a student or a graduate student who just became professional, confidence is really needed. And I think confidence is really needed through out our life. With confidence, we can be a good leader, a good student or a good role-model for others since there lot’s of guys who are also having the same problem as I am experiencing.
